Tej has in place certain web based tools for customer convenience such as:
- SMS Tracker : Through this tracker, a consignment can be tracked by sending an SMS to a particular number.
- Email Tracker : This is an email based solution, wherein the customer need to put in their queries by mentioning the shipment number in the body of the mail.
- Web Tracker : This is a tracker where the tracking number needs to be mentioned in the tracking column on the web site in order to get instant results.

Tej Couriers specializes in document deliveries. Looking at the increasing demand for non-document deliveries we have made special arrangements to deliver non-document at all locations with an excellent feedback system.

We have been doing deliveries for Bill deliveries for mobile companies, MSEB, Insurance Companies. Deliveries are done and proper feed back is given to the customer in the stipulated time. We also deliver Cheque Books and Debit Cards for various banks.

Tej Couriers is specialized in carrying Vaccines, Blood Samples, Cold Chain Products which require refrigeration. We have a very large client based list in the pharmaceutical business.
